Cash drawers are sourced independently — RJ11-via-printer is supported. We'll quote networking gear after looking at your floor plan; most single-location restaurants don't need cellular failover or a separate AP.
Guest convenience fee
A few cents per order. Funds the platform.
Self-ordered transactions carry a small per-order fee — paid by the guest, disclosed at checkout, shown as a separate line on the receipt. It's why your subscription stays at CA$14. Waiter-only orders carry no convenience fee.
Tax: convenience fees are subject to GST/HST based on your province; both fee and tax are remitted to Waitery via monthly PAD/EFT.

Is there a setup fee?
CA$250, one-time, per account — covers Waitery onboarding, payment processor approval, and your first hardware shipment.
How does multi-location pricing work?
CA$14 per additional location per month. No volume discount in v1, but no per-terminal billing either — add as many devices to a location as you need.
When do I get billed?
One PAD/EFT debit on the 1st of every month, for the prior month. Subscription, add-ons, hardware lease (if any), and convenience-fee pass-through — all on one statement.
Can I cancel an add-on mid-month?
Yes. Add-ons toggle from the Restaurant Panel. Pro-rated on the next debit.
