Cash drawers are sourced independently — RJ11-via-printer is supported. We'll quote networking gear after looking at your floor plan; most single-location restaurants don't need cellular failover or a separate AP.
Self-ordered transactions carry a small per-order fee — paid by the guest, disclosed at checkout, shown as a separate line on the receipt. It's why your subscription stays at CA$14. Waiter-only orders carry no convenience fee.
Tax: convenience fees are subject to GST/HST based on your province; both fee and tax are remitted to Waitery via monthly PAD/EFT.
