Guests order the moment they sit down — no waiting for a server to bring a menu, take an order, or run a card. Tickets hit the kitchen in under a second.
Guests enter their own choices, modifiers, and allergy filters. What they tap is what the kitchen sees — no relayed mistakes.
On-screen prompts and one-tap re-orders lift average tip and basket size, and each guest pays from their own phone.

Everyone at the table adds to one shared cart, filters by allergy or diet, and splits the bill evenly or by item — each guest pays from their own phone.
Apple Pay, Google Pay, or a saved card. The kitchen gets the ticket in under a second, and the receipt lands by email or SMS.

Questions about the POS, answered.
Do my guests need to download an app?
Never. They scan the QR code on the table and the menu opens right in their phone's browser — order, split, tip, and pay with nothing to install and no account required.
How do guests pay?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa/Mastercard, or a securely saved card. Card data is tokenized and never touches Waitery servers.
Is it really bilingual?
Yes. Guest, kitchen, and receipt languages are configured independently in English or French, per location — built for Canada from day one.
What does it cost?
$14 CAD per location per month for the full platform — and setup is free. Add-on modules are à la carte from $19/mo. Hardware is purchase or a 48-month lease.
Do you provide the hardware?
Yes — handhelds, kitchen displays, cashier tablets, and printers, shipped and supported by Waitery with a 1-year warranty. Buy outright or lease over 48 months.
Is it built for Canada?
Yes — Waitery is bilingual EN/FR with per-province sales-tax handling (GST/HST/PST/QST) and Canadian payment methods. For specific regulatory requirements in your province — such as Quebec's Law 25 or Revenu Québec billing rules — talk to our team about your setup.
